Plans for Plants was formed by two passionate plant enthusiasts Victoria Lewis and Emma Germain. Our training has been undertaken with the Royal Horticultural Society at Writtle University College, as well as studying garden design at the renowned Beth Chatto Gardens and learning whilst working at RHS partner garden Marks Hall Estate. Our aim is to use our horticultural expertise to help our clients create gardens that bring them joy. All our plans are hand drawn to scale.
"Working with Plans for Plants was a great experience. They were professional, able to adapt and make changes as I wanted. They were also able to fit in all the plants I desired - no mean feat!"
Michael Perry - Mr Plant Geek and Gardener on This Morning
Working with clients who have included complete plant novices through to seasoned gardeners our team loves helping people to create spaces that are exactly right for them and their families. Projects have ranged from large walled garden estates to city terraces and vertical wall gardens. No space is too big or too small.
Our friendly and knowledgeable team is happy to help whether your project is a formal garden in the South of France, a suburban garden that needs to include space for a dog or gardens that need play areas and dens for children – the team tackles each project by working closely with our clients to help them create the garden that they want, or even possibly cannot yet imagine.
"I can highly recommend Plans for Plants. I had a general idea of what I wanted in my garden and how I wanted it to look. Em and Vic went away and came up with an awesome design. I was thrilled with their plan and ideas. After fully preparing and planting up, my garden looked amazing. I was absolutely delighted. What a team and also what thoroughly lovely people too. My garden is wonderful thanks to them. Top marks."

2023 saw the Plans for Plants' team create the planting plans and designs for a five star award winning garden at The Chelsea Flower Show for Rhino Greenhouses. Inspired by the British seaside we loved helping to plant the garden.
